In the past quarter of a century I have groomed dogs and cats in small shops, veterinary clinics, a boarding kennel and an upscale spa. At one point I took my show on the road, making grooming house calls for 11 years, then “upgrading” to a mobile service for four years. Oh! What I would have given to have a handbook to guide me as I took that big step into mobile. I had so many questions, and nowhere to find the answers.
